Return of goods
We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can always return the goods without any problems.
How to proceed with a return
If you wish to return the goods, please contact us no later than 14 days after delivery of the order at support@nutriheads.cz .
Please include in the message:

order number,

product name or code,
-
reason for return (optional, but will help us improve our services).
We will then send you instructions for sending the package back.
Please pack the goods carefully, ideally in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transport.
When cannot goods be returned?
For hygiene reasons , opened or used products , especially food, dietary supplements or other goods with damaged packaging, cannot be returned.
If you are not sure whether a specific product can be returned, write to us and we will resolve it individually.
Refund
Once we have inspected the delivered goods, we will refund your money no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment.
The refund is made in the same way as the original payment was made (e.g. by transfer to an account or via a payment gateway).
Damaged or faulty goods
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please write to us at support@nutriheads.cz and we will send you a new one or refund your money.
