Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the company

NutriHeads sro, Company ID: 23205873, with its registered office at Pod Smetankou 196/4, 190 00 Prague, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague ("Seller"),

and the buyer ("Customer"), concluded through the online store located at www.nutriheads.com ("E-shop").

These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of every purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the E-shop.

2. Information about goods and prices

  1. Information about the goods, including prices, is provided on the E-shop website. Prices are final, including all taxes (especially VAT), fees and packaging costs; shipping costs are added according to the selected delivery method.
  2. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The customer pays the price valid at the time of sending the order.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

  1. The Customer can place an order via the order form on the E-shop website.
  2. After sending the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order to the specified e-mail.
  3. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation to the Customer.

4. Payment and delivery terms

  1. The customer can pay the price in the following ways:
    • by credit card online
  1. The delivery time is usually 2-3 business days from order confirmation.
  2. The goods are sent via a carrier according to the current offer of the E-shop.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a notification by e-mail to support@nutriheads.cz.
  3. The Customer is obliged to send the goods back to the Seller's address no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
  4. Returned goods must not be used or damaged.
  5. The seller will refund the money without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the delivery of the returned goods.

6. Complaints and warranty

  1. The seller is liable for defects in the goods according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. The customer submits a complaint by e-mail to support@nutriheads.cz with a description of the defect and photographs.
  3. In the event of an accepted complaint, the goods will be replaced or the purchase price will be refunded.

7. Protection of personal data

  1. The Seller processes the Customer's personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in accordance with the personal data protection principles published on the E-shop website.
  2. Personal data is not passed on to third parties other than carriers and payment service providers.

8. Final provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 1.11.2025.
  2. The relationship between the Seller and the Customer is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
  3. All disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
  4. Supervision of compliance with consumer rights is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz).
